DynamiQ Voices Queer choir workshop & performance

DynamiQ Voices geeft tijdens het Utrecht Queer Culture Festival een gratis concert met huiskamer sfeer en natuurlijk kun je tijdens dit concert ook meezingen!

Op maandagavond 6 oktober verwelkomen wij je graag in de concertzaal van ZIMIHC Witte Vrouwen, het concert begin om 20.15 uur en zal duren tot ongeveer 21.15 uur.

Wat kun je verwachten als je komt kijken en luisteren?
We gaan een concert neerzetten met een huiselijke sfeer en je kunt gaan luisteren naar songs die we al langer in ons repertoire hebben en nieuwe songs!
We hebben een setlist opgesteld die variatie biedt, verhalen verteld over onderwerpen die wij als queer mensen belangrijk vinden. Hierbij kun je denken aan hoorbaarheid voor gender en seksuele diversiteit en voor het milieu.

Wij proberen jou ook uit te dagen om mee te zingen, hiervoor zal het publiek begeleidt worden door de dirigent en natuurlijk het koor. Het gaat er niet om dat je het perfect doet, het gaat om vooral om meedoen en vrij te kunnen zingen!

We hopen jou 6 oktober te zien en ook zeker te horen.

DynamiQ Voices will be giving a free concert with a living room atmosphere during the Utrecht Queer Culture Festival, and of course you can sing along during this concert!

On Monday evening, 6 October, we look forward to welcoming you to the concert hall of ZIMIHC Witte Vrouwen.
The concert will start at 8:15 p.m. and will last until approximately 9:15 p.m.

What can you expect when you come to watch and listen?
We will be putting on a concert with a homely atmosphere, and you can listen to songs that have been in our repertoire for some time, as well as new songs!
We have put together a varied set list, telling stories about topics that are important to us as queer people. These include visibility for gender and sexual diversity and for the environment.
We will also try to challenge you to sing along, for this the audience will be accompanied by the conductor and, of course, the choir. It’s not about doing it perfectly, it’s about participating and being able to sing freely!

We hope to see and hear you sing on the 6th of October.
