DESCRIPTION:What happends when you connect to your body from a lense of curiousity? What does that feel like? And how do you connect to others from this same curiousity?\nCuriousity doesn’t judge, it doesn’t need to perform, achieve, or live up to expectations. It can surprise, giggle, feel, be shy or ethusiastic.\nIn this workshop we invite you to join us to discover our bodies together. We combine somatic body work, massage techniques and moving, and explore together the exciting world of our inner and outer bodies. The workshop is open to all queer people. Bring your curiosity, and explore with us, a deeper connection with your own body around other bodies.\nBeing Queer Bodies Together is a monthly evening, this year we open the new season with an extra-long, day time, workshop during the Utrecht Queer Culture Festival on Sunday 4rd of October from 10:30-14:00.\nLanguage: The workshop will be held in English. Dutch translation is possible, both workshop hosts also speak Dutch. If you prefer to share in Dutch, please do.\nCosts: Donation. Thanks to a donation from the Utrecht Queer Culture Festival Fonds, we do not work with a fixed fee to keep this event accesible.\nAccessibility: the space is accessible with a wheelchair, wheelchair users are very welcome to join. We would like to be in touch before the workshop to check accessibility needs, and make sure that those are catered for.
